So I've booked an appointment, now what?
To make your experience as smooth as possible, we ask that any furniture, decorations, or other items near the windows be moved before our arrival. This helps us work efficiently and ensures the best possible results. If you’d prefer, we also offer a $10 service where we’ll carefully move everything for you — just let us know ahead of time!
If we are unable to reach a window with our 45-foot Xero Water Fed Pole — whether due to trees, obstacles, or other restrictions — we will do our best to clean it manually. However, depending on the height and roof conditions, some windows may not be accessible. If a window cannot be cleaned, we will reimburse you accordingly.
